• Act as a partner and report into the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives • Perform key strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions (e.g., pricing, new products, cost structure analysis, expansion, etc.) • Partner with leaders across the organization to develop a vision for how we scale efficiently, achieve profitability, and improve the financial performance of the business • Partner with key business stakeholders to support financially sound decision-making (e.g., bringing on new vendors, developing new products, etc.) • Identify and manage ad hoc projects as needed

• Own the renewals and upsell motion in collaboration with the Client Management team to drive retention and expansion across an enterprise customer portfolio. • Engage proactively with key decision-makers and the Client Management team to surface and mitigate renewal risks early, crafting clear action plans to address them. • Lead renewal negotiations and contract execution that align to both Modern Health’s objectives and client goals, creating long-term, value-based partnerships. • Maintain rigor and discipline around forecasting, ensuring renewal and expansion projections are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated. • Work cross-functionally and at the executive level to orchestrate risk-mitigation strategies and drive the right actions with internal stakeholders. • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the renewal cycle to increase share of wallet and deepen client engagement with Modern Health.

• Lead and optimize Modern Health’s credentialing program, including initial credentialing, recredentialing, ongoing monitoring, exception handling, and documentation standards • Lead the administration and operations of the Credentialing Committee, including agenda development, case preparation, primary source verification review, documentation management, meeting facilitation, decision tracking, and follow-up activities. • Ensure credentialing and recredentialing activities are conducted in accordance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and the enterprise quality governance structure. • Improve and scale policies, SOPs, controls, and governance processes aligned with regulatory and accreditation requirements • Define and refine program goals, SLAs, metrics, and reporting to monitor timeliness, quality, audit readiness, and operational performance • Streamline workflows for licensure, sanctions, exclusions, malpractice, expirables, renewals, and issue resolution • Serve as a key liaison across Provider Operations, Clinical Quality, Compliance, Legal, and Recruiting/Onboarding to strengthen provider credentialing oversight, mitigate organizational risk, support audit readiness, and drive accountability to Quality Committee priorities. • Identify process, tooling, and vendor opportunities that improve scalability, visibility, and provider experience • Serve as the credentialing SME for audits, escalations, governance reviews, and credentialing-related provider status decisions • Support day-to-day credentialing operations while driving a more scalable future-state model

• Set the technical vision and long-term architectural direction for our frontend platform across web (React) and mobile (React Native) • Design, build, and evolve shared foundations — design system, component libraries, state management patterns, routing, build tooling (Vite), and testing frameworks • Drive developer experience improvements: CI/CD pipelines, linting, type safety, code generation, MR/PR workflows, and metrics that surface platform health • Own and advance accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization/RTL standards across the frontend ecosystem • Partner with backend engineers to design and evolve GraphQL APIs powered by Python services (Django, Flask), and contribute backend changes when needed to unblock platform work • Engineer efficient and reusable systems that drive complex web and mobile applications • Maintain HIPAA and GDPR compliance and general security through best-practice implementation • Lead ambiguous, large, or cross-team initiatives — collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering partners to deliver delightful and consistent user experiences • Write and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and integration tests • Be a thought leader in strategic engineering and tech initiatives, and lead/contribute to cross-team engineering forums • Mentor frontend and full-stack engineers to scale your impact across the engineering department • Provide compassionate and impactful reviews of technical project plans and code

• Partner closely with product managers and designers to define and build features that address real user needs and drive meaningful outcomes • Design, build, and iterate on end-to-end product features, seamlessly connecting backend systems with frontend experiences • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) that power user-facing applications, as well as service-to-service interactions (both synchronous and asynchronous) across the system • Build and refine frontend components using modern frameworks (e.g. React), with a focus on usability, performance, and overall user experience • Model and manage application data using relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL), ensuring clean, well-structured data design • Contribute to technical design discussions, shaping pragmatic solutions aligned with product goals • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful feature delivery, rollout, and continuous iteration • Mentor engineers and help foster a strong product mindset and user-centric approach across the team

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for our highest-priority customers • Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants • Conduct regular global account meetings to refine and align customer strategies • Champion and drive engagement with Modern Health’s mental wellness programs • Drive success in measurable engagement and revenue outcomes

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, interview coordination, and closing offers. • Facilitate a high quality and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish • Build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the company. • Partner with the broader People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiring. • Partner with the Talent team leaders to develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes and help manage ongoing recruiting programs (referrals, onboarding etc.) • Utilize unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members. • Consider long-term needs of hiring teams and recruit strong talent for Modern Health's long-term success.

• Own and expand client-facing reporting to help our customers understand the clinical and business value of their investment in Modern Health • Build and maintain the data foundation that powers our analytics — including dbt models, metric definitions, and the pipelines that keep our data reliable • Support our clinical analytics workstreams, including outcomes reporting, ROI analyses, and compliance-related data work • Partner with stakeholders across Clinical Strategy, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to surface insights, build reliable reporting, and help the organization make better data-driven decisions

• Own the full design process for features, from problem framing and discovery wireframes, research, visual design, prototyping, and handoff • Partner closely with product managers to deeply understand problems, shape requirements, and co-develop solutions • Design user-centered, accessible experiences grounded in member needs and informed by research, data, and clinical context • Create clear, detailed design specs and flows that address edge cases, error states, and diverse user paths • Work directly with engineers to ensure design intent is implemented accurately and collaborate throughout the build • Contribute to our design system to maintain consistency and quality across the product • Participate actively in design critiques, give and receive feedback, and help raise the bar for the team • Partner with and be mentored by senior designers on the team, bringing your perspective while learning from their experience on larger strategic projects • Engage with user research, conducting interviews with users, synthesizing insights and translating them into actionable design decisions • Balance user needs with business and clinical constraints, navigating trade-offs thoughtfully and communicating decisions clearly to cross-functional partners
