Field Support Engineering Specialist

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of field equipment and systems. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for customers. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver technical solutions and improvements. • Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with company standards. • Train and mentor clients and internal team members on system operation, maintenance, and best practices. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to product feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing complex electromechanical and/or IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a track record of building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and remote support technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance in field service operations.
  • MUST have valid Driver's License and Passport (international travel may be required)
