Role Description We’re hiring a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead global marketing for the SciY Digitalization Suite, positioning SciY as the vendor-agnostic software platform for digital transformation in life sciences and biopharma. This is a high-impact player/coach role: you’ll set strategy, drive integrated execution, and align portfolio storytelling across SciY brands into a cohesive narrative that generates pipeline, accelerates adoption, and strengthens market presence. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Solutions/Services, and executive leadership across SciY/Bruker to drive go-to-market outcomes across segments (R&D, QC, manufacturing digitalization, and automation-enabled workflows). Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service & Applications Scientist (m/f/d) to support advanced microscopy systems used in neuroscience and other research environments across Europe. This is a field-based, customer-facing role combining system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while also incorporating a meaningful applications support component focused on imaging workflows. The role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong scientific background to transition into an applied, high-impact position supporting cutting-edge research. The position is location-flexible within the EU, provided there is good access to international travel. The role requires extensive travel across Europe (typically 60–70%). An extended technical and applications training program, including time at Bruker manufacturing and training sites (initially in the United States and/or Europe), will be provided to ensure the successful candidate develops strong service, applications, and customer support capabilities before taking full independent field responsibility.
