• Proactively identify and screen M&A targets aligned with IONITY’s strategic growth agenda , including charging network acquisitions, technology bolt- ons , and other adjacent industries across Europe. • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities; develop and present investment theses and initial assessments to senior leadership. • Track competitive landscape and market developments to identify inorganic opportunities before they come to market. • Lead and manage all work-streams of live transactions: financial modeling and valuation, due diligence coordination, SPA negotiation, and shareholder approval processes. • Build robust business cases and financial models, including DCF valuations, scenario analyses, earn-out mechanics and IRR / return analysis for investment committee, bank and shareholder approval. • Coordinate external advisors (legal, financial, technical, tax, etc.) and manage data room processes, due diligence findings and issue resolution. • Prepare and present transaction documentation, including investment memoranda, Q&A materials and update communications. • Act as the key internal coordinator across Finance, Legal, Operations and People & Culture for all transaction-related work-streams. • Manage shareholders and lender communication, and financing processes associated with acquisitions, including consent processes, covenant negotiations and drawdown coordination. • Support integration planning and handover to operational teams post-closing, including tracking of key milestones, earn-out conditions and post-merger value capture. • Maintain M&A knowledge base, lessons learned and transaction documentation for institutional memory and future deal reference.

• Drive Transformation Projects - Support and manage cross-functional transformation initiatives from planning through implementation. • Structure project activities, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies. • Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across business functions. • Lead smaller projects independently and gradually take ownership of larger strategic initiatives. • Enable Digitalization & AI - Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and AI-supported ways of working. • Translate business requirements into solutions together with internal and external stakeholders. • Support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new digital tools and technologies. • Help build and scale AI and automation use cases that create real business value. • Drive Adoption and Change - Support business teams throughout the implementation of new processes and solutions. • Coordinate communication, training, and adoption activities. • Ensure that improvements are embedded sustainably into daily operations. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. • Improve and Optimize Business Processes - Analyze, document, and improve business processes across different functions. • Facilitate workshops to understand current ways of working and identify improvement opportunities. • Create and maintain process documentation using BPMN standards. • Develop practical and scalable solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.

• Own IONITY’s strategic agenda from development through execution. • Help define the next chapter of the company and ensure strategy translates into measurable business outcomes. • Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Strategy, Market & Business Intelligence, M&A, Governmental Affairs, Public Funding and Shareholder Relations. • Identify where IONITY can create value next, evaluate new business models, lead strategic transactions and drive company-wide transformation initiatives. • Work on some of the most important questions shaping the future of mobility, energy and digital services in Europe. • Continuously identify, analyze and evaluate strategic playing fields for IONITY. • Explore and assess opportunities across key domains, including Energy strategy, Mobility sector, and Digital Platform Services. • Act as a strategic thought partner and sparring partner to the CEO and senior leadership.

• Supporting the Data Protection Officer with daily operational data protection matters • Evaluating and implementing GDPR requirements and other applicable regulations • Assisting in the operation and administration of our data protection management system • Conducting research on data protection–related topics • Providing administrative support for data protection projects

• Own and continuously improve IONITY’s Accounts Receivable governance framework • Monitor and steer DSO, overdue receivables, and cash collection performance • Analyze AR aging structures and identify improvement opportunities • Define escalation routines and support credit exposure monitoring • Reduce revenue write-offs and improve bad debt management • Monitor fraud, chargeback, refund, and payment leakage trends • Collaborate closely with Treasury and Controlling to improve cash inflow forecasting

• Take ownership of all VAT-related matters within IONITY and gradually expand responsibility into corporate income tax topics • Act as a strategic tax business partner in internal projects • Ensure tax-efficient structures and full compliance across jurisdictions • Combine operational excellence with project-driven advisory and ensure tax compliance while enabling business growth • Act as tax sparring partner for internal departments (e.g. Finance, IT, Operations, Legal) • Support and shape internal projects from a tax perspective (e.g. new business models, system implementations, international expansion) • Ensure tax compliance and optimal tax structuring in cross-functional initiatives • Coordinate and supervise local tax advisors • Ensure high quality standards in tax reporting and compliance • Drive optimization and automation of tax and accounting processes • Contribute to strengthening the internal tax control framework • Take full responsibility for all VAT-related matters across IONITY and its branches • Oversee VAT reporting obligations such as Intrastat, SAF- T and other local reporting requirements • Monitor VAT risks and proactively identify optimization opportunities • Act as main contact person for VAT audits and tax authorities • Review and coordinate CIT returns prepared by external advisors • Contribute to tax compliance processes and documentation • Support transfer pricing topics where relevant

• Provide diagnostic and technical support during servicing of High-Power Charging Stations • Travelling to HPC sites within a defined region as needed to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair issues • Provide technical support in order to minimize system downtime • Onsite root cause analysis, service, repair and maintenance actions • Ordering and handling of spare parts for HPC stations • Debug systems and perform remote diagnostics on field failures by reviewing data logged • Support in developing processes, documentation and diagnostic knowledge for standard service actions • Recognize trends and patterns in field failures and feedback to the central team to drive improvements • Work with engineering and operation teams to ensure new issues are fully investigated and that countermeasures are in place

• Play a key role in shaping and driving product value across our digital solutions. • Lead a team of Product Owners in an agile environment, ensuring clear product direction, strong stakeholder alignment, and effective delivery within a SAFe-based setup. • Combine people leadership with product ownership expertise, empowering your team to translate business needs into valuable, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. • Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners, supporting both their professional growth and day-to-day effectiveness. • Ensure clear product ownership across products, platforms, and initiatives, including well-structured backlogs, priorities, and value-driven delivery. • Support Product Owners in translating business objectives, customer needs, and stakeholder requirements into actionable features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Software Engineering, Architects, Product Management, Business Owners, Operations, and other stakeholders. • Drive alignment between product strategy, portfolio priorities, and agile delivery teams within a SAFe environment. • Promote agile best practices, continuous improvement, and a strong product mindset across the team. • Facilitate decision-making and prioritization by ensuring transparency on dependencies, risks, delivery progress, and business value. • Proactively communicate challenges, trade-offs, and risks to the broader department, advocating for solutions and ensuring alignment with business priorities. • Support PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other agile ceremonies where needed. • Encourage a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.
