As the recruiter overseeing all sales hiring, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for monthly classes of outbound reps and key sales leadership roles. You’ll shape hiring strategies, strengthen our talent pipeline, and work hand-in-hand with sales leaders to build high-performing teams. What you’ll do: Full-Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Experience Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all transactional sales roles, including monthly high-volume outbound sales classes and leadership positions. Own the candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and engaging process. Job Requirements
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively build and maintain strong pipelines using outbound sourcing, resume databases, social platforms, job boards, and referrals.
- Develop diverse candidate pools and stay ahead of upcoming hiring cycles by maintaining warm leads and talent communities.
- Leverage inbound and outbound strategies to consistently deliver high-quality talent at speed.
- Interview Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth scheduling, clear communication, and seamless handoffs with hiring managers.
- Create feedback loops and communication structures that keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
- ATS & Data Ownership
- Fully manage and maintain ATS data integrity—including job postings, workflows, and candidate records.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure funnel effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Use data insights to recommend enhancements to sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with People Operations on projects related to onboarding, employer branding, hiring policies, and process improvements.
- Serve as a brand ambassador who authentically represents our culture to every candidate you engage with.
- Support ad-hoc recruiting initiatives and special projects as the business evolves.
- What We're Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including high-volume hiring for sales or similar transactional roles; SaaS or fast-paced startup experience is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using multiple platforms and outbound strategies.
- Excellent communicator—clear, timely, and thoughtful across written and verbal channels.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A positive, proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic and genuine passion for recruiting.
