As the recruiter overseeing all sales hiring, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for monthly classes of outbound reps and key sales leadership roles. You’ll shape hiring strategies, strengthen our talent pipeline, and work hand-in-hand with sales leaders to build high-performing teams. What you’ll do: Full-Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Experience Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all transactional sales roles, including monthly high-volume outbound sales classes and leadership positions. Own the candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and engaging process. Partner closely with Sales Leadership to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and evolving team needs. Mutual Benefit.
