Role Description Equal Education Partners delivers an online mentoring programme to several hundred year 12/13 learners on behalf of the Seren Academy to support mentees with university applications, advice and guidance on what it's like to study at university and interview skills. By being matched with mentees with similar aspirations to those the mentors have achieved, mentors will share experiences, resources and top tips for their studied subjects and university destinations. Mentors will provide guidance and support on topics relating to the university admissions process and share appropriate and useful resources with mentees to support with their university applications. Mentors will be employed during the fixed term (June 2026 - December 2026) and will receive ongoing support throughout the course of the programme. Key Responsibilities - Provide 3-4, 50-minute 1-1 mentoring session(s) to a minimum of 4 and 10 mentees with their university applications; - Provide guidance and support on topics relating to the university admissions process (e.g. personal statements and university admission interviews); - Share appropriate and useful resources with mentees to support with their university applications; - Taking a proactive approach to supporting mentees (e.g. scheduling sessions); - Working collaboratively with the project delivery team; - Other reasonable relevant responsibilities as required. Qualifications - Studying for or recently graduated from a degree/postgraduate degree; - Knowledge and experience of the application process for university; - Communication skills; - ICT skills; - Ability to work independently and plan. Role Description We are looking for experienced consulting account anchors, responsible for sales and delivery of Oracle ERP programmes at key clients, with proven experience and capability in some of these areas: - Shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to help solve their business challenges in the relevant market segment. - Overseeing delivery of Oracle ERP solutions, in a programme and/or workstream management capacity on large-scale transformation programmes. - Identifying new and expansion business opportunities on these programmes to help ensure Infosys Consulting is positioned to provide additional high-quality services. - Managing proactive Oracle proposal development, focusing on the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes. - Assuming the role of trusted advisor to clients providing guidance in matters relating to Oracle Applications within relevant industries. - Operating successfully within a service and/or consulting organisation, mentoring, and guiding teams of consultants in direct, indirect, and matrixed structures. - Coordinating relationship building activities across teams on each client engagement to help ensure they are well advised on important matters. - Taking accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins at the key account(s) for which the individual is responsible. - Providing stewardship to subordinate managers, taking an active role in guiding their professional growth, through coaching, mentoring and performance development. Qualifications - Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills. - Extensive programme and delivery management skills. - Well established networks, relationships and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem. - Ability to work at a senior level within complex organisations, able to build empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers. - Proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services, whilst delivering business objectives within large corporate environments. - Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications, able to demonstrate the ability to align the functional area with the business requirements to support the company vision. - Strong presentation skills, experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations. - Collaborative team player, with a willingness to lead by example and roll up their sleeves. - Proven ability to inspire direct and indirect internal teams, as well as clients, to push the boundaries of what they thought was possible. - Passionate about disruptive innovation and transformational ideas. - Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels. - Ability to travel as/when required.
