• Contribute to company’s global qualification and leadership development. • Drive innovation, foster collaboration across segments, and align initiatives with overarching business strategies. • Responsible for design and delivery of leadership development programs, cross-segment coordination and cooperation with all stakeholders regarding the development strategy. • Plan, design and deliver state-of the-art leadership and organisation development programs and formats for DT’s leaders across DT global footprint. • Track and measure success of leadership development initiatives, prepare reports for stakeholders and work on further improvements through iterative processes. • Plan and prepare communications for the customers regarding leadership development programs and offerings and proactively promote the programs according to communication plan.

Job Requirements

  • Degree with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or comparable qualification through relevant professional experience.
  • Expertise in leadership development, including planning and delivery of programs for executives, as well as knowledge of the latest HR trends and methods
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects, including reporting to stakeholders
  • Proven experience in building strong collaborations with external partners to deliver impactful results within agreed timelines and budget parameters
  • Strong operational excellence, with the ability to manage participant tracking, communications, training venues, post-program follow-ups, and coordination with various operational offices
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking, with a strong customer focus
  • A team player who actively seeks collaboration and exchange with teams, partners, and providers
  • Strong ability to use AI tools effectively in daily work
  • Experience in applying design thinking or comparable methods in problem-solving and project work
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Experience in event organisation would be considered an advantage.

Role Description The Program Manager, Workforce Capacity Planning & Data Strategy, is responsible for leading the enterprise effort to establish a comprehensive workforce planning and capacity management capability across all Optum Insight (OI) operations. This role will drive the strategy, governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution necessary to identify, acquire, and operationalize the critical data elements required to support workforce forecasting, capacity planning, productivity management, and operational performance optimization. Working in close partnership with the Product Owner, Optum IT, business operations leaders, and data engineering teams, this leader will ensure that all workforce-related data sources—including demand, inventory, productivity, staffing, shrinkage, and performance metrics—are identified, prioritized, and made available within Databricks to enable enterprise workforce planning and decision-making. This role requires deep workforce management and operational planning expertise, strong program leadership skills, and the ability to influence across multiple lines of business to establish a unified workforce planning framework for Optum Insight.
