• Provides technology leadership as part of the technology leadership chapter within the squad based structure of the technology enterprise department • Leading a squad with its associated customer portfolio • Leading or providing assurance for the technology related workstreams for projects • Identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions within a range of criteria to find those that best meet business needs • Provides professional knowledge and knowledge of resources/instruments of the squad (knowledge sharing) • Responsible for managing the knowledge and best practice sharing activities towards the organization • Creating training content to educate and support the organization • Directing external suppliers, assessing their professional services and giving internal advice about the selection of suppliers • Delivers outcomes by managing others in the squad and working within established systems • Providing short, medium and long-term strategies that are aligned with business goals
Job Requirements
- 5 years experience in an MSP or RPO business
- 3 years experience with key technology providers
- Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in their own area of expertise to a fully competent level
- Hands-on experience within the expertise
- Leading and supporting client meetings
- Holding public and commercial presentations, webinars
- Running end-to-end projects by managing various stakeholders and project team contributors (c-suite level)
- Building reports and negotiating with external providers
- Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
- University/Post Graduate or equivalent professional & intellectual ability.

Role Description The Integration Support Analyst, reporting to the Manager, IT Integration Support, will support day-to-day PROD operations for Managed EDI and other related Integration services provided by Barrett on behalf of its Distribution & Transportation customers. This remote position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm. The compensation range for this position is $70K-$90K, depending on experience. - Provide primary PROD support resource for all Managed EDI & Integration processes. - Provide support for CLEO Clarify, CLEO Harmony, AUTOMATE, VisualCron, NetSuite & Related Server Products. - Support WebServices/API Integrations using related applications. - Collaborate with Internal Teams and External Customers to investigate/examine needs, issues, and concerns about current and future integration and interrelated warehouse processes. - Become an Operational Subject Matter Expert on Barrett Integration Documentation & Support Processes. - In conjunction with Information Technology management, manage systemic improvements as they occur. - Develop and maintain proper documentation of systems configuration and changes. - Participate in other IT and IT Support projects as required. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Occasional travel to Team Offsite Meetings, Customer Meetings, and Vendor events required (5-10%).
