Strategic Research Intern
Stand Together, Inc.
• Gain meaningful professional experience at a partner organization • Participate in professional development built around a 2-day, in-person summit • Collect, organize, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, R, Python, GIS, or Stata • Conduct literature reviews on various topics • Develop internal data for litigation, communications, or legal policy campaigns • Communicate with public officials to obtain public records • Write blog posts, op-eds, or one-pagers on topics relevant to PLF’s work
Job Requirements
- College junior, senior, grad student, or recent graduate
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the principles of liberty
- Self-motivated and inquisitive
- Enjoy problem solving

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Senior Litigation Attorney to join our award-winning team. As an integral senior member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling your own case load of litigation matters involving: - Commercial disputes - Contract/business disputes - General liability - Construction - Catastrophic injury - Wrongful death claims This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with the supportive backbone of a larger firm. Qualifications - 3 - 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment. - Exceptional communication and advocacy skills. - Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes. - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. - Current admission to the State Bar of California is required.
