• Own the relationship. Build and manage high-touch relationships with leaders, implementing partners, and key stakeholders across your track — whether that's local organizations in priority cities or points-of-contact within national organizational networks. • Drive activation strategy. Develop and execute activation strategies tailored to the conditions of each market or network rather than applying a single model. • Build the leader pipeline. Identify and recruit leaders into the BTP community, working alongside partners to accelerate onboarding and integration. • Create reciprocal models. Build partnership structures and engagement approaches where partners and leaders feel genuinely connected to BTP's mission — not extracted for content or stories. • Run activation touchpoints. Execute convenings, partner events, and leader onboarding moments in close coordination with your Community Manager. • Generate the learning. Capture what drove engagement and what didn't — and feed that signal back into the operating model systematically. • Build toward self-mode. Develop relationships and structures that create self-sustaining activation pipelines over time. • Track what matters. Monitor progress toward activation goals and surface clear signals on what conditions enable self-sustaining growth. • Coordinate with Partner Engine. Work with the Partner Lead, relationship managers, and relevant colleagues to ensure activation is coordinated with broader partner and donor-engagement work. • Connect across tracks. Partner with the other Sr. EM to identify where regional and organizational activation intersect and reinforce each other. • Support platform adoption. Collaborate with the Platform team to ensure leader onboarding is smooth and the platform actively supports activation on the ground.
Community Manager
Stand Together, Inc.Founded in 2003, Stand Together is a philanthropic organization dedicated to solving society’s most pressing issues by connecting like-minded professionals ac
• Plan and run the gatherings. Design and execute convenings, workshops, and activation touchpoints — whether in regional markets or within national partner networks — from logistics to facilitation to follow-through. • Build the cadence. Establish a rhythm of touchpoints that keeps the community active and connected without burning people out. • Manage the logistics. Own relationships with venues, vendors, and logistics partners. Make every gathering run smoothly so the experience is the only thing leaders remember. • Capture what comes out of the room. Document stories, connections, and insights from each event and feed them back into the team and the platform. • Managing and supporting online community circles, including setting up and organizing spaces, moderating discussions, and driving member engagement. • Build leader-to-leader connections. Make the introductions, identify the common ground, and create peer relationships that persist beyond any individual event. • Support leader onboarding. Help new leaders integrate into the BTP community — making sure they know who else is in the network and what they can do together. • Track community health. Monitor who is showing up, who is bringing others, and who is ready to play a larger role in the network. • Identify emerging leaders. Spot community members who are ready to step into a more active role and connect them with opportunities within BTP. • Coordinate closely with your Sr. EM. Serve as the execution layer for activation strategy — whether that's coordinating with Radius leads in regional markets or working inside national partner networks with organizational counterparts. • Support implementing partners. Help local partners or organizational partners run their own activations within the BTP framework, lowering the lift for them to participate. • Be the connective tissue. Serve as the link between the Sr. EM, Radius teams or partner organizations, and the leaders in each market or network. • Connect across tracks. Coordinate with the other Community Manager on opportunities where regional and organizational leader communities can intersect.

• Own the funnel. Drive acquisition and conversion across paid search, social-to-web, partner inbound, and PR. Set targets, instrument the funnel with the data team, and run growth experiments on a weekly cadence. • Build a segment-aware go-to-market. Design entry points that fit each audience and contributor segment rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Move new users from first touch to first contribution as efficiently as possible. • Run the lifecycle and email program. Map campaigns to the user journey so every message has a job, from the first consumer email through repeat civic action. • Drive findability. Partner with product and tech on SEO and GEO so BTP dominates branded and topic search and anchors AI-overview citations. • Open leader-side growth. As partner self-service comes online, own how leaders discover BTP, build a page, and publish their first opportunity. • Measure what matters. Define and report the growth metrics that map to the product: story submissions, contribution actions per visitor, social share-through rate, segment engagement, and organic ranking. • Own the content engine. Storytelling templates, onboarding copy, website copy, the email program, and partner toolkits all sit here. Lower the friction for leaders to submit stories that move people. • Lead the editorial function. Manage the content strategist and the content calendar. Hold a single source of truth for homepage, About, and brand voice across competing stakeholder input. • Make everything shareable. Treat every piece of content as a referral surface and turn each story leaving the platform into a measurable acquisition unit. • Run the user-generated content motion. Capture the social proof communities already produce, amplify what works, and feed that signal back into product. • Coordinate content across journeys. Align content owners across partner journeys with product, project management, and creative partners so the right content lands at the right step. • Own the support experience. Lead the user and leader support experience and its transition from contractors to in-house by the end of Q3. • Manage customer success. Oversee partner and leader onboarding, training, place-based activations, and day-to-day support through the customer success lead. • Build self-service. Stand up the help content, FAQs, and resource pages that scale support without scaling headcount one-for-one. • Close the loop with the product. Turn recurring user friction into prioritized product and content fixes so support sharpens the roadmap instead of just absorbing volume. • Set the bar for coverage and quality. Establish support standards that hold as the platform opens to self-service and the user base grows. • Manage and develop a small, high-output team including a Content Strategist and Customer Success Lead. • Partner closely with product, engineering, the data team, and content and creative partners to maintain a tight weekly loop between user signal and what ships next.
