Role Description Are you an ambitious and skilled Mid-Level Litigation Attorney seeking an exciting new opportunity to make a significant impact in the legal field? Look no further! Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Senior Litigation Attorney to join our award-winning team. As an integral senior member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling your own case load of litigation matters involving: - Commercial disputes - Contract/business disputes - General liability - Construction - Catastrophic injury - Wrongful death claims This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with the supportive backbone of a larger firm. Qualifications - 3 - 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment. - Exceptional communication and advocacy skills. - Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes. - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. - Current admission to the State Bar of California is required. Requirements - Experienced in managing litigation cases independently from start to finish, including: - Developing and implementing strategy - Handling discovery - Taking and defending depositions - Coordinating with experts - Law and motion practice - Interfacing with clients and opposing counsel - Trial preparation - Mediations (trial experience is a plus!) - Fully remote and hybrid options available. Fully remote candidates must reside within 100 miles of our Walnut Creek, CA office. Job Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment.
