Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Senior Litigation Attorney to join our award-winning team. As an integral senior member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling your own case load of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. This is an excellent opportunity join a collaborative team with the supportive backbone of a larger firm.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment.
  • Experienced in managing litigation cases independently from start to finish, including developing and implementing strategy, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, coordinating with experts, law and motion practice, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, trial preparation, and mediations (trial experience is a plus!).
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Current admission to the State Bar of California is required.
  • Fully remote and hybrid options available. Fully remote candidates must reside within 100 miles of our Walnut Creek, CA office***

  • The expected base salary range is $140,000-$150,000, however actual compensation will be determined based on experience (this does not include performance-based bonus plan).
