Product Operations Manager

• Own feedback collection and tooling: Synthesize voice of customer across strategic and tactical channels, routing clear insights to the correct owners. Build and maintain systems for customer feedback, product analytics, and insights generation. • Synthesize and provide customer insights: Surface patterns and opportunities from qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions • Establish rigorous process to understand product use: Build reliable metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems, with explicit hypotheses to measure product success and impact • Own the planning system and processes: Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and cross-team dependencies • Establish and maintain product operating rhythms (Linear hygiene, ticket tracking, milestone planning) • Streamline key decision points for product teams and impacted partners so decisions are timely and well‑informed • Partner with Product Marketing and GTM leadership to own product launch coordination and execution across the organization • Run Early Access and beta programs that validate hypotheses and improve product quality • Maintain launch processes that let us ship with confidence and monitor impact in production • Make clear to all of Onebrief what Product is working on, why it matters, and how it's going • Be the “PM of PMs” who reinforces consistent, pragmatic practices so teams hit milestones and maintain quality bars. • Maintain feedback databases, coordinate interviews, and ensure signals convert into decisions and backlog changes. • Build durable pipelines for customer and application data, both qualitative and quantitative; curate and deliver intelligence to inform prioritization and design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or program management in B2B/SaaS
- Secret clearance or higher; military, government, or national security experience preferred
- Track record building 0→1 processes and scaling them thoughtfully
- Experience embedded with product teams as an extension of product leadership
- Analytical strength translating qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations
- Experience with launch coordination, EAPs/betas, and customer feedback loops
- AI literacy and enthusiasm for leveraging modern tools to automate and improve product operations
- A bridge builder who connects strategy to execution and creates alignment across teams; comfortable creating structure amid ambiguity
