Wenn du Drive, Empathie und klare Kommunikation mitbringst, freuen wir uns, dich kennenzulernen. - Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden (B2B) und sprichst sie aktiv über Telefon oder digitale Kanäle an. - Du führst strukturierte Erstgespräche und qualifizierst Leads anhand klarer Kriterien. - Du arbeitest mit vorbereiteten Gesprächsleitfäden und Playbooks – und bringst deine eigenen Ideen mit ein. - Du dokumentierst deine Ergebnisse zuverlässig im CRM-System. - Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Projektverantwortlichen zusammen und gibst wertvolles Feedback aus dem Markt. - Du entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter – durch Coachings, Feedback und Best-Practices aus der Community. Qualifications - Erste Erfahrung im Sales oder in der telefonischen Kundenansprache ist von Vorteil – aber kein Muss. - Du bist kommunikativ, neugierig und hast keine Scheu, aktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen. - Du arbeitest zuverlässig, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert. - Du hast einen eigenen Laptop mit stabiler Internetverbindung. - Du sprichst fließend Deutsch – Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus. - Du hast Lust, dich in einer Sales-Community weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam zu wachsen.
