As we continue to expand our aftermarket business, we are seeking a high-potential leader to build, scale, and ultimately own our aftermarket growth strategy across North America. This is more than a VP role. For the right individual, success in this position can lead to a clear executive leadership path, including consideration for the President role within approximately two years. **The Opportunity** The Vice President of Aftermarket Sales will lead Vogelsang USA’s aftermarket growth strategy, driving revenue through replacement parts, service programs, upgrades, repairs, rebuilds, and lifecycle support offerings. This executive will work across a unique go-to-market model that includes both independent distribution partners and direct OEM relationships.
