• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot enterprise routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewall, and telecommunications infrastructure. • Configure and support Cisco Catalyst, Cisco DNA Center, Meraki, Silver Peak (EdgeConnect), Cradlepoint, Palo Alto, and Prisma networking and security platforms. • Respond to and resolve network incidents including node outages, interface failures, BGP routing issues, WAN connectivity problems, packet loss, latency concerns, and security-related network events. • Support BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network segmentation technologies. • Utilize SolarWinds and network analysis tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability. • Manage ISP circuits, MPLS, broadband, LTE, SD-WAN, and carrier services. • Perform network hardware installations, firmware upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and configuration changes. • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures. • Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for escalated network incidents and service requests.

• Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment including routers, switches, modems, and structured cabling. • Perform diagnostics and repairs on network hardware and software issues. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on network infrastructure. • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to support network upgrades and expansions. • Document network configurations, maintenance activities, and service reports. • Respond to service tickets and troubleshoot connectivity issues in a timely manner. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. • Assist in planning and implementing network security measures. • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. • Work in a safe and effective manner. • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records when required.

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure across 70+ clinic and corporate locations • Lead a networking strategy and deployment using Fortinet and Zscaler, ensuring optimal performance, redundancy, and failover across clinic sites • Administer and optimize Zscaler ZIA for secure internet access, zero trust network access, and SaaS application control • Manage firewall policies, centralized configuration, and firmware lifecycle across the environment • Implement and maintain internet redundancy strategy (fiber primary, coax/5G failover) across Tier 1 and Tier 2 clinic sites • Monitor network health and performance using available tools; identify and remediate root causes of clinic slowness, outages, and disconnections • Establish and maintain network standards, documentation, and configuration baselines across all sites • Define and report on network KPIs including MTTR, uptime, outage trends, and ISP performance • Partner with the security team to enforce ZTNA policies, access controls, and network segmentation • Support clinic technology deployments for new location openings and infrastructure upgrades • Manage vendor relationships with ISPs, Fortinet, Zscaler, and other network technology partners • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to improve network reliability and reduce operational overhead • Other related networking duties as assigned • Occasional travel for critical issues or growth • Being on call rotation
