• The Provider Network Strategy Specialist is responsible for analyzing, developing, and executing network development strategies to support the growth and optimization of the organization’s Value-Based Care (VBC) provider network. • This role plays a key part in identifying network gaps, evaluating provider opportunities, and driving strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational and market objectives. • Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this position exercises independent judgment and discretion in assessing network performance, prioritizing provider recruitment efforts, and recommending solutions that impact network adequacy, access, and value-based performance outcomes. • The Specialist serves as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and external providers, balancing data-driven analysis, provider engagement, and operational execution to support sustainable network growth and alignment with regulatory and value-based care requirements.

Role Description This role is for one of our clients. Are you a Level 3 / Tier 3 network support engineer interested in data science and autonomous infrastructure? Our client is building vertically integrated networking systems and using the data they generate to power the next generation of AI-driven infrastructure. They’re looking for engineers experienced in final escalations, packet analysis, troubleshooting, and RCA workflows to help label, annotate, and structure networking data from real production systems. This is a hands-on role that blends your L3 troubleshooting and incident-response experience with a growing understanding of how data pipelines are built and used in AI systems. • Participate in the design, configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting of IQ Fiber’s core and access networks • Support field engineers in the deployment and expansion of IQ Fiber’s state-of-the-art FTTP broadband delivery network • Appropriately escalate critical network conditions to Technical Operations and Outside Plant (OSP) staff • Configure, manage, and optimize network monitoring and alerting systems • Make recommendations for improving the performance and operation of the IQ Fiber network based on the analysis of data • Create and administer detailed, technical MOPs (Methods of Procedure) to facilitate maintenance and upgrades of network equipment • Deploy and support public Wi-Fi network services • Assist in administering and maintaining Linux and Windows servers and applications • Provide tier 3 technical support as part of the IQ Fiber Network Operations Center (NOC) • Act as a resource for tier 2 technicians in providing technical support for residential and business broadband services • Support IQ Fiber’s NOC supervisor in optimizing the performance of the NOC • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting advance networking and Wi-Fi issues • Participate in an on-call rotation with a small team of Network Engineers • Perform other duties as assigned
