• Maintain a high level of proficiency in network, wireless, and network security technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Design, build, deploy, and administer complex network, wireless, and network security environments to support organizational needs. • Evaluate and recommend improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability, optimizing for future growth and technological advancements. • Identify and implement network automation opportunities to streamline operations and increase efficiency. • Coordinate and execute network changes in compliance with established change management procedures to minimize disruptions. • Develop and maintain comprehensive as-built documentation and network operations reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. • Collaborate effectively with partners and vendors to deploy new infrastructure and provide operational support. • Troubleshoot network issues and resolve support tickets promptly, coordinating with maintenance personnel as needed. • Provide on-call support during off-hours, holidays, and weekends on a rotational basis to maintain continuous network availability. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Network Manager.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot enterprise routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewall, and telecommunications infrastructure. • Configure and support Cisco Catalyst, Cisco DNA Center, Meraki, Silver Peak (EdgeConnect), Cradlepoint, Palo Alto, and Prisma networking and security platforms. • Respond to and resolve network incidents including node outages, interface failures, BGP routing issues, WAN connectivity problems, packet loss, latency concerns, and security-related network events. • Support BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network segmentation technologies. • Utilize SolarWinds and network analysis tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability. • Manage ISP circuits, MPLS, broadband, LTE, SD-WAN, and carrier services. • Perform network hardware installations, firmware upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and configuration changes. • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures. • Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for escalated network incidents and service requests.
Application Systems Administrator

• Administers, supports, and maintains enterprise applications to ensure availability, performance, and reliability. • Collaborates with project managers, server teams, and enterprise monitoring teams to implement and deploy enterprise applications supporting business operations. • Troubleshoots technical issues across enterprise application environments and coordinates resolution with internal teams and vendors. • Supports application environments running on Windows, Linux, web, and mobile platforms. • Assists with system integration, upgrades, patching, backup processes, and operational support for enterprise applications and related infrastructure. • Uses scripting and database knowledge to support automation, reporting, troubleshooting, and system maintenance activities. • Works effectively with customers, coworkers, vendors, and supervisors to communicate issues, explain system functionality, and support business needs. • Manages multiple priorities and projects while adapting to changing business requirements, product demands, and timelines. • Participates in team on-call rotation and provides operational support as needed.
