Job Description

Channel Marketing Specialist

Esri

• Execute regional marketing initiatives in partnership with regional sales teams and channel partners. • Support key account development, local market activation, and in-store execution. • Advise channel partners on co-op marketing investments, ensuring compliance with program guidelines. • Support in-store execution including merchandising, signage, displays, and point-of-sale materials. • Coordinate and execute local events, promotions, and trade shows. • Support both traditional and digital local marketing initiatives, including print, radio, outdoor, paid search, and social. • Assist accounts with local online visibility (store listings, ratings, reviews, and basic local SEO). • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing to activate national programs locally. • Track executional details, timelines, and budgets for assigned programs. • Track program activities, co-op usage, and basic performance metrics. • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform future marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2–5 years of experience in field, channel, or regional marketing.
  • Strong execution, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with sales teams and external partners preferred.
  • Regional market travel – up to 50%.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with help to support display execution.
