Technical Marketing Specialist

Role Description We are looking for a sharp, driven, and highly organized Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. If you are a natural problem solver who loves connecting systems, organizing data, and figuring out how things work, this is an opportunity to join a successful company and grow your career within marketing operations. As a member of the team, you won’t be expected to know everything on day one. However, you must be a relentless self-learner, highly resourceful, and incredibly organized. You will play an important role in executing our marketing campaigns, managing our lead data, and automating workflows that keep marketing and sales running smoothly. Responsibilities - Execute Campaigns in HubSpot: Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, manage list segmentations, and set up marketing automation workflows. - Execute Advertising Campaigns: Work alongside our advertising manager to build and update online advertising campaigns. - Creative Problem Solving through Automation: Work with tools like Claude, Zapier, and n8n to architect creative workarounds, bridge system gaps, and automate processes that make our marketing data more intelligent and our team more agile. - Maintain CRM Health: Handle day-to-day data entry, mapping, and cleanup between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless alignment between Marketing and Sales. - QA & Troubleshooting: Meticulously test marketing links, forms, email layouts, and automation logic before they go live to ensure a flawless user experience. - Documentation: Create and maintain clear, step-by-step documentation for internal processes and system setups. Qualifications - 1-2 years experience in marketing, operations, or a data related field. - A self-starter mindset. If you encounter a problem, your first instinct is to do your research and figure it out. - Organized and responsible with high attention to detail. - Resourceful problem solver. - Tech-Savvy / Tool Exposure: - Prior hands-on experience or certifications in HubSpot (emails, workflows, lists) is highly preferred. - Exposure to or strong interest in automation tools like Zapier or n8n is preferred. - Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical workflows clearly. - Native level English.
