• Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan for UNLEASH America, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on paid social, website, email marketing, and strategic partnerships. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are creative, effective, and data-driven. • Utilise data analytics to inform and optimise marketing strategies, focusing on KPIs such as lead generation, attendee acquisition, and revenue growth. • Conduct A/B testing across digital platforms to continually refine marketing strategies. • Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions) to ensure marketing efforts are delivering against targets. • Leverage AI in the execution and delivery of Marketing campaigns across verticals. • Build and manage external partnerships to amplify event reach and impact. • Develop co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand brand visibility and drive mutual success. • Collaborate closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure alignment on marketing and business objectives. • Manage and optimise all digital marketing campaigns to achieve the best results in terms of audience engagement and conversion. • Ensure content is tailored to resonate with the target audience, aligning with UNLEASH’s voice and brand values. • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including email campaigns, social media content, and landing pages. • Partner with the content, sales, and operations teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall event strategy. • Lead regular cross-team meetings to track marketing progress and adjust tactics based on feedback and results. • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the highest ROI from marketing initiatives. • Regularly report on marketing spend, providing insights and recommendations to optimise the budget. • Take an innovative approach to marketing, identifying new channels and opportunities to engage with the audience. • Encourage a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the marketing team, ensuring the UNLEASH brand stays ahead of industry trends.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within the events industry, with a proven track record of executing data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong experience marketing events in America to the American Market.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including paid social, email marketing, website optimisation, and partnership marketing.
- Proficient in data analytics, with the ability to track and report on marketing KPIs and make data-backed decisions.
- Strong experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
