Role Description We’re seeking a Research Manager who is passionate about understanding what drives engagement, culture, and performance. In this role, you will lead high-impact employee experience (EX) research that directly informs leadership decision-making and shapes organizational strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to partner across the business, design meaningful research, and turn insights into action that improves the employee journey at every stage. - Lead end-to-end research initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other methodologies. - Design and execute research strategies—from methodology selection to data analysis and storytelling. - Manage a dynamic portfolio of projects, balancing both strategic initiatives and ongoing (evergreen) programs. - Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence leaders and guide decision-making. - Partner closely with stakeholders across HR, employee experience, and the business to identify needs and deliver solutions. - Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to socialize insights and drive adoption. - Collaborate with external vendors and research partners to enhance capabilities and outcomes. - Ensure the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and ethical research practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (e.g., psychology, sociology, anthropology) or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in applied research, employee experience, or HR analytics. - Strong expertise in research design and methodology. - Quantitative and qualitative data analysis. - Survey design and administration (Qualtrics preferred). - Data visualization and storytelling. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional communication skills—you can translate data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. - Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels. - High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
