Job Requirements
- Research, identify, and help cultivate donors
- Support the Fund’s Director to identify and connect with high-potential prospective funders
- Shape development systems and policies
- Contribute to grant proposals and reports
- Project manage across development activity streams
- Support to iterate on and implement an individual and foundation development strategy
- Project manage activities of the Fund team and partners who hold donor relationships
- Support to report to and engage the Fund's committees around fundraising/development progress
- Effectively delegate or partner with the Fund's Development and Grants Associate
