Role Description This is a remote role within the United States. US work authorization is required. At VIATechnik, we're redefining how the built environment is designed and delivered. As a VDC Manager, you'll lead high-impact BIM and VDC initiatives that drive real-world results, improving project performance, enhancing collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of innovation across complex construction and design projects. This is more than a project delivery role - it's an opportunity to shape how BIM, Lean methodologies, and emerging technologies come together at scale. What You'll Do - Lead Complex VDC Projects - Manage multiple BIM/VDC projects from kickoff through completion - ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and exceptional client satisfaction. - Drive BIM + Lean Innovation - Integrate Lean principles into BIM workflows to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and elevate project outcomes. - Own Client Relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients - leading coordination meetings, presenting insights, and delivering solutions that create long-term value. - Build High-Performance Teams - Mentor and guide VDC Engineers and BIM Specialists, establishing best practices and improving team productivity and engagement. - Advance Technology & Innovation - Explore and implement cutting-edge solutions including 4D/5D simulations, point cloud integration, AR/VR, and advanced automation tools. Benefits - The pay for this position is $95,000 – $115,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. - Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen). - Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen). - Open and flexible time off. - A 401(k) plan that is fully vested immediately. - Home office setup costs. - Paid holidays.
