• Customer facing, responsible for winning business in the Data Centre Market. • Achieve timeliness of objectives. • Drive business growth by managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities across multiple states. • Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services. • Collaborate with region leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges. • Own accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s). • Develop and own strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies. • Drive identification, prospecting, and creation of new sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- 3 years or more of proven successful sales experience in Data Centre industry preferred.
- Experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers.
- Ability to interact & function cooperatively with multiple stakeholders and customers.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
