• Lead the independent development of primary technology solutions for high-voltage projects (110kV–380kV), including floor plans, plant layouts, sections, site plans, construction specifications, mechanical calculations, and remodeling concepts. • Own the coordination of constructive interfaces across project workstreams, ensuring alignment between technical design and project delivery requirements. • Produce and maintain project documentation using AutoCAD, Primtech, and/or Revit (2D/3D), applying Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards where applicable. • Gather and validate required technical plant data and configurations, facilitating interface clarification in coordination meetings with project staff, customers, and suppliers. • Communicate clearly within the project team and to management regarding deviations in quality, cost, schedule, and project goals. • Contribute as a lead voice in cross-functional project teams, taking responsibility for defined sub-projects from inception through delivery.
