• Support Project Managers and division leadership with planning, controlling, and implementing project activities. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports and portfolio summaries. • Provide technical support to project teams in the use of MS Project, Jira, and Confluence. • Coordinate scheduling and prepare documentation for meetings, including agendas and follow-ups. • Monitor project timelines, ensure adherence to deadlines, and support escalation of delays. • Assist Project Managers with monthly billing activities, tracking hours logged by project team members.

• Regional strategy: You develop and own the growth strategy for the German-speaking region in alignment with Cuculus’s global vision • Strategic account management: You lead and develop key accounts with a focus on long-term value, strategic partnerships and sustainable growth • Senior stakeholder management: You build trusted, long-term relationships with executives as well as digital and transformation leaders in the utilities sector • Complex sales cycles: You drive consultative sales processes from the early strategic phase through to contract signing • Transformation & future topics: You lead strategic conversations on the digitization of networks and data platforms, organizational, process and operating models, and the use of AI, automation and advanced analytics in the utilities sector • Internal collaboration: You work closely with product management, solution architecture and delivery teams to align customer strategies with the Cuculus technology roadmap • Market presence & thought leadership: You position Cuculus as a credible strategic partner in customer meetings and at relevant industry events (e.g. E‑World)

• Develop and oversee the long-term financial strategy to support global expansion goals • Drive high-quality financial reporting for management board, shareholders, and investors • Establish and continuously improve financial steering across product lifecycles, customer projects, and support services • Manage liquidity planning, lead future funding rounds, and maintain relationships with banks and investors • Professionalize internal structures in Accounting, Controlling, and Legal to ensure scalability • Identify financial and operational risks and implement robust mitigation strategies • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance

• Install Oracle, Postgres database and troubleshoot various issues related to database patching. • Perform production database health check. • Detect potential issues that may impact production database operation and resolve the issues. • Performs database support for both production and development environments, including the installation of databases, back-ups, replication, restores, patches, and upgrades. • Ability to configure replication as a part of disaster recovery process. • Identify and resolve database issues that impact application performance. • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. • Strong command of Oracle, Oracle server tools and Oracle Data Guard. • Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, performance monitoring and tuning standards. • Understanding of relational and dimensional data modelling. • Develop processes for optimizing database security. • Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards. • Create automation for repeating database tasks. • Be available for on-call support as needed.

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines for batch and streaming workloads. • Implement data ingestion and transformation workflows using Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, Apache Spark, and Kafka. • Integrate data from multiple sources including REST APIs, files, relational databases, message queues, and external SaaS platforms. • Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Develop and operate a centralized data integration hub that supports multiple upstream and downstream systems. • Build reusable, modular integration components and frameworks. • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and observability of data workflows. • Design and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and operational data stores using PostgreSQL and related technologies. • Implement appropriate data modeling strategies for analytical and operational use cases. • Manage schema evolution, metadata, and versioning. • Implement data validation, monitoring, and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and completeness. • Enforce data security best practices, access controls, and compliance with internal governance policies. • Establish logging, alerting, and auditability across pipelines. • Automate data workflows, deployments, and operational processes to support scale and reliability. • Monitor pipelines proactively and troubleshoot production issues. • Improve CI/CD practices for data engineering workflows. • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. • Translate business needs into technical data solutions.

• Lead the installation, automation, and operational reliability of modern open-source data and integration platform. • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain distributed open-source components including Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, MQTT brokers. • Ensure platform stability, scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance. • Design, deploy, and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and build configuration management and automation workflows using Ansible. • Deploy and operate workloads on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private/on-prem infrastructure. • Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure and applications. • Implement security best practices across containers, Kubernetes, and networks.
