Role Description This role exists to own the marketing for Say It With A Condom and aggressively grow revenue - ideally 10x revenue in year one, profitably, ideally including getting back to #1 on Google. You'll turn the marketing engine back on, drive us back to the top of the rankings, and unlock the larger health-related and corporate buyer opportunities. This is a creative, autonomous role for someone who builds campaigns from scratch, not someone who runs another team's playbook. - Own marketing for the Say It With A Condom Shopify store, end-to-end - Run SEO (including programmatic SEO) to recover top Google rankings - Plan and execute outbound email campaigns to health organizations, HIV groups, and college campuses (women's health centers, sex centers) - Build a marketing calendar around key dates - Pride (June), National HIV Testing Day, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, National Condom Week, World AIDS Day - and create campaigns around them - Brief the creative director (once hired) on new condom designs tied to events and current news, using AI tools to rapidly generate concepts - List new products on Shopify and manage the store day-to-day (light touch — no custom theme work) - Manage relationships with existing external contractors (PPC team, SEO, PR) - Identify and add a small number of complementary products (harm reduction supplies, safer-sex kits) - Look for PR and media angles and pitch ideas when news cycles create opportunities Qualifications - Hands-on e-commerce marketing experience with demonstrable results - Strong SEO skills - goal is to get back to #1 on Google - Email marketing experience - Ability to run creative campaigns end-to-end, not just execute someone else's plan - Heavy, fluent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to multiply output - Comfort marketing condoms and sexual-health products; comfortable with the LGBT community and willing to push the needle on messaging - Strong grasp of ICP - who we're selling to (health orgs, HIV orgs, college campuses, corporate/event buyers) and how to message them Requirements - Direct Shopify experience (brownie points) - HubSpot experience (or equivalent CRM) (brownie points) - Ability to manage or oversee a PPC relationship (brownie points) - Klaviyo or similar email platform experience (brownie points) Benefits - $3,500-$4,000 per month* (final offer depends on experience and fit) - Full-time - Fully remote - 20 days of paid time off annually (7 U.S. company holidays + 13 earned PTO days) - PTO Anniversary Bonus - 1 additional PTO day on each work anniversary, up to 5 additional days after five years *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
