Field Service Technician – Separation Equipment

Separators

• Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial centrifuges • Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues • Provide onsite technical support and customer training • Ensure all work is completed safely and according to customer and company standards • Communicate job status, parts needs, and recommendations to customers • Complete accurate service reports and documentation • Follow up with customers after service to confirm proper operation • Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend service support • Travel to customer sites across the Midwest

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-tool experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (reports, email, documentation)
  • Ability to travel up to ~75%
  • Availability for scheduled weekend and after-hours rotation
