• Design and produce a wide range of marketing and brand assets, including website pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, one-pagers, presentations, logos, and sales collateral. • Create visually compelling web experiences and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and optimize user engagement. • Design and develop marketing emails and supporting digital assets for events, campaigns, product launches, and customer communications. • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Event Management teams to develop creative concepts and event-related materials, including signage, booth graphics, presentations, and promotional collateral. • Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all channels, ensuring brand consistency and high design standards. • Translate business objectives and campaign strategies into effective visual storytelling and design solutions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables. • Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in creative, graphic, or digital design roles in a B2B company.
- Demonstrated experience designing for web, email, digital advertising, and marketing collateral.
- Robust video skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work, including web pages, branding, and campaign assets.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience building and maintaining web pages using WordPress and/or Webflow.
- Ability to design email templates in HTML utilizing CSS, and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing and event teams to deliver creative assets.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, and brand systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Claude is a plus.

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to work on a part-time as needed (PRN) basis for our Engineering team. - Design learning solutions that improve product knowledge, operational efficiency, and performance. - Conduct needs analyses, assess training effectiveness, and implement improvements to enhance learner impact.
