• Create original apparel graphics and collections from concept to production-ready artwork • Research emerging trends across fashion, music, art, and subcultures • Transform ideas into sketches, mockups, and print-ready designs • Collaborate closely with design, product, marketing, and leadership teams • Help evolve the brand's visual identity while introducing fresh and commercially relevant ideas • Prepare artwork for various print techniques, fabrics, and production processes • Contribute to a fast-paced creative environment with multiple weekly product launches

• Support with: ad creatives (Amazon PPC, performance ads), product images & A+ Content, brand and e-commerce visuals • Co-develop creative concepts, storylines & moodboards • Implement and optimize according to our internal "Designed to Sell" framework • Visual research & trend scouting (always with a conversion focus) • Deliver handover-ready designs for senior review • Close collaboration with the performance team & founders

• Lead the production of design drafts and mock-ups, engaging in collaborative design solutions to complex problems. • Work closely with creative support specialists, creative project managers, and the director of design to develop consistent, engaging, and timely deliverables for various platforms including marketing emails, social content, presentations, and web layouts. + Branding Projects. • Adhere to style standards based on client style guides and/or branding. • Participate in agency team meetings, professional development check-ins, design team meetings, and other internal meetings as needed. • Maintain a high level of organization for print and digital files and materials.

• Performs various electrical design layout functions related to circuit boards such as single board computers and passive backplanes as well as other duties as assigned. • Employee will strive to satisfy the needs of customers with on time delivery and continuous improvement in quality, products and services and manage risk. • Create design output documentation (i.e. artwork gerbers, insertion files, etc.) as necessary and review for completeness • Support Trenton’s manufacturing resources as required, providing support on technical issues • Provide support to vendors with technical issues • Participate in design reviews if needed • Support Engineering Manager as necessary with special projects • Attempt to identify improvements in efficiency in processes and improvements in products and services and provide input to continuous improvement team • Identify and manage risk in products, processes, and environment
