• Build and ship Premium management features across Stripe, in-app purchases (Apple IAP / Google IAP), credit card payment flows, and post-purchase lifecycle management. • Own projects end-to-end: problem definition, technical design, implementation, rollout, and ongoing reliability. • Partner closely with our product partners, data teams, and operations partners to create systems that are safe, scalable, and pleasant to use. • Improve reliability and observability across critical workflows by instrumenting services, debugging production issues, and raising engineering standards. • Write clear design docs and RFCs, participate in code reviews, and contribute to a culture of thoughtful feedback and continuous improvement. • Drive technical direction: propose architectures, evaluate tradeoffs, and influence the team’s product and technical roadmap. • Mentor and unblock others: coach mid-level engineers, pair on tricky problems, and share best practices.

Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building outbound lead generation systems and working with database and signal tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc. - 2+ years of experience with Clay.com, along with strong skills in building and structuring data tables. - Experience with HubSpot is a plus; additional CRM experience is also beneficial. - Experience managing client projects and working in an agency environment with multiple parallel projects. - Strong communication skills. - Highly structured way of working. - Hands-on mentality. - Excellent English skills. • Research, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to automate legal, risk, and compliance tasks. • Design, develop, and deploy solutions with hands-on software development across the backend and AI stack. • Partner with stakeholders to guide the technical vision while being responsible for overall delivery. • Build agentic workflows to reduce manual workload for legal professionals, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, workflow orchestration, and iterative improvement. • Ensure solutions are designed with strong data security, governance, and compliance principles, particularly when handling sensitive legal and client information.

• Identify common design and implementation needs across application engineering teams, and translate them into clear, reusable paved paths that reduce friction and accelerate delivery • Create and maintain high-quality documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides that help engineers quickly understand how to build on enterprise platforms and services • Develop reusable artifacts such as Terraform or similar modules, code templates, and example implementations that encode best practices and provide strong starting points for new systems • Partner with enterprise platform and foundation teams to understand existing capabilities and constraints, and incorporate them into cohesive, developer-friendly patterns • Collaborate with architects to translate architectural principles and system understanding into practical guidance and working implementations • Contribute to and evolve AI-assisted developer workflows, such as agent-based tools, prompt patterns, or skill definitions, that help engineers design, scaffold, and operate systems more effectively • Evaluate and choose the right medium for enablement —whether documentation, code, templates, or AI-assisted interfaces—based on what will be most effective and adoptable for builders • Gather feedback from application teams and iterate on paved paths based on real-world usage, improving usability, clarity, and adoption over time • Help identify gaps in platform capabilities or developer experience, and work with foundation teams to influence improvements or new services where needed • Advocate for a developer-centric approach to platform adoption, ensuring that enterprise capabilities are accessible, understandable, and easy to use in practice
