Role Description As a GTM Engineer at Peakora, you will be part of one of Europe's most powerful GTM Engineering teams and build the most advanced GTM systems for our clients as well as for ourselves. - Work closely with our GTM Experts to develop holistic AI-powered GTM Systems for our clients. - Advise, support, and train our clients in using these systems, as well as in proven best-practice strategies. - Build internal AI-driven GTM systems to advance our own lead generation efforts. - Continuously develop yourself and maintain thought leadership in the rapidly evolving AI sales landscape. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building outbound lead generation systems and working with database and signal tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc. - 2+ years of experience with Clay.com, along with strong skills in building and structuring data tables. - Experience with HubSpot is a plus; additional CRM experience is also beneficial. - Experience managing client projects and working in an agency environment with multiple parallel projects. - Strong communication skills. - Highly structured way of working. - Hands-on mentality. - Excellent English skills. German is a big plus. - Strong interest in the AI sales space. - High level of self-motivation and the ability to work fully remotely. - Available part-time or full-time. • Research, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to automate legal, risk, and compliance tasks. • Design, develop, and deploy solutions with hands-on software development across the backend and AI stack. • Partner with stakeholders to guide the technical vision while being responsible for overall delivery. • Build agentic workflows to reduce manual workload for legal professionals, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, workflow orchestration, and iterative improvement. • Ensure solutions are designed with strong data security, governance, and compliance principles, particularly when handling sensitive legal and client information.

• Identify common design and implementation needs across application engineering teams, and translate them into clear, reusable paved paths that reduce friction and accelerate delivery • Create and maintain high-quality documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides that help engineers quickly understand how to build on enterprise platforms and services • Develop reusable artifacts such as Terraform or similar modules, code templates, and example implementations that encode best practices and provide strong starting points for new systems • Partner with enterprise platform and foundation teams to understand existing capabilities and constraints, and incorporate them into cohesive, developer-friendly patterns • Collaborate with architects to translate architectural principles and system understanding into practical guidance and working implementations • Contribute to and evolve AI-assisted developer workflows, such as agent-based tools, prompt patterns, or skill definitions, that help engineers design, scaffold, and operate systems more effectively • Evaluate and choose the right medium for enablement —whether documentation, code, templates, or AI-assisted interfaces—based on what will be most effective and adoptable for builders • Gather feedback from application teams and iterate on paved paths based on real-world usage, improving usability, clarity, and adoption over time • Help identify gaps in platform capabilities or developer experience, and work with foundation teams to influence improvements or new services where needed • Advocate for a developer-centric approach to platform adoption, ensuring that enterprise capabilities are accessible, understandable, and easy to use in practice

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that support real-time and batch data flows across Quavo's platform • Implement and optimize Snowflake schemas, including dimensional models, ER design, and normalization strategies aligned to API and reporting needs • Translate data product requirements — API contracts, data schemas, and SLA targets — into production-grade implementations • Monitor data quality, pipeline reliability, and latency; define and enforce data contracts to ensure consistency across consumers • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that expose data platform capabilities to internal teams and external partners • Partner with the Product Manager on API versioning, deprecation policies, and developer-facing documentation • Build integrations with financial systems and third-party data providers, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance • Lead end-to-end delivery of releases, patches, and hotfixes for Node.js applications deployed on AWS • Design software solutions that align architecture and cloud services with the overall IT and AWS strategy • Build and maintain front-end interfaces (Vue/Vuetify, HTML5, CSS3) that surface data insights to end users
