• Manage process & compliance activities to implement and maintain industry best compliance and security frameworks like ISO, CSA, SSAE18 SOC, NIST, FDA, NIS, TISAX etc. • Drive consistency across QAD in maintaining compliance controls and in maintaining applicable regulatory compliance requirements in the areas of Information Security, Service Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Privacy Management, Quality Management System, etc. • Perform gap analysis for compliance standards upgrades and guide functional teams in implementing required controls, and in updating policy and procedures. • Conduct internal compliance audits and demonstrate controls during external compliance assessments. • Manage and conduct internal process and security compliance audits. • Participate in external compliance audits and present evidence and controls. • Manage customer audit requests and coordinate with the global teams in gathering and presenting evidence. • Document audit observations/findings and follow up with the impacted parties for closure of the audit findings. • Perform gap analysis for certification upgrades and implement updates. • Maintain compliance related registers like Risk, Continuous Improvements, etc. • Deliver training as required to the global teams on various compliance frameworks. • Assist business functions in performing business impact analysis and in maintaining business continuity plans. • Work with the global business functions in responding to third party questionnaires. • Proactively develop skill and knowledge on security and compliance standards and frameworks. • Stay attuned to changes in industry compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Support Enterprise Value Creation Initiatives • Help translate high-level strategic priorities into specific, measurable initiatives with clear owners, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and expected business impact. • Build and maintain initiative trackers, value bridges, KPI dashboards, business cases, and executive reporting materials. • Partner with functional teams across Engineering, Product, GTM, Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Legal to track progress, identify blockers, and support issue resolution. • Support regular operating rhythms, including leadership reviews, SteerCo materials, initiative readouts, and follow-ups from executive discussions. • Conduct analysis to size opportunities, assess benefits, track actual vs. planned impact, and identify areas requiring management attention. • Help Drive QAD’s AI Transformation Agenda • Support the identification, prioritization, and tracking of AI initiatives across functions, including Engineering productivity, Support diagnostics and resolution, Professional Services automation, GTM productivity, Finance / BI enablement, HR, and Legal. • Help structure AI use cases into clear problem statements, workflows, data / system requirements, expected outputs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes. • Define and track AI success metrics, including adoption, usage depth, cycle time reduction, productivity improvement, throughput, quality, backlog reduction, and financial impact. • Partner with business teams, technical teams, and external vendors to move AI initiatives from concept to pilot to scaled deployment. • Support executive-level reporting on AI transition progress, including Board / leadership updates, initiative status, benefits realization, risks, and key decisions needed. • Help establish practical measurement models that link AI usage to operational outcomes, not just activity. • Support Operating Model and SI Transition Work • Support enterprise operating model workstreams, including current-state diagnostics, future-state design, workflow decomposition, role / responsibility mapping, and implementation planning. • Help coordinate across internal teams, third-party advisors, and implementation / systems integration partners to ensure continuity between strategy, design, and execution. • Support the transition from high-level transformation design to detailed L3 / L4 workflow definition, requirements, blueprints, PRDs, and implementation roadmaps. • Track dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-ups across internal teams and external partners. • Help ensure implementation partners are set up with the right context, documentation, governance, and success metrics to execute effectively in later phases. • Build Executive-Ready Analysis and Materials • Prepare concise, high-quality materials for senior leadership discussions, operating reviews, Board updates, and cross-functional working sessions. • Synthesize inputs from interviews, data, transcripts, functional plans, and project updates into clear insights and recommended actions. • Build Excel / Sheets-based analyses, KPI trees, initiative scorecards, benefit trackers, and simple financial models.
• Define the content mix and publishing cadence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and X. • Translate existing assets into platform-optimized formats that drive engagement and reach. • Own the day-to-day strategy, creation, and execution across all organic social channels. • Lead Redzone's video content strategy with a strong point of view on format, storytelling, and platform performance. • Develop targeted content and channel strategies that support account-based marketing motions. • Support evaluation and execution of media sponsorships and editorial partnerships. • Extend the reach of major events through pre-, during-, and post-event content programs across owned and social channels. • Leverage AI tools to scale content adaptation, channel optimization, and performance reporting.
• Architecting an AI-first GTM ecosystem that bridges the gap between Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Design, code, and deploy custom AI integrations from scratch to connect our CRM, Sales Engagement platforms, and other technology stack components. • Build proprietary internal LLM-based tools to automate account and contact enrichment, outbound messaging for early and middle of the funnel prospects. • Develop agentic workflows that handle routine administrative tasks (e.g., CRM data, meeting summaries, and follow-up scheduling) across the revenue organization. • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to audit the existing tech stack, identifying redundancies where AI can replace high-cost, low-utility third-party vendors. • Implement predictive modeling to identify high-intent pipelines and provide Sales with real-time 'Next Best Action' recommendations. • Ensure data integrity across all platforms, creating a 'single source of truth' that AI models can leverage for accurate forecasting. • Collaborate with Customer Success to build AI-driven retention loops and automated renewal triggers. • Consult with Marketing leadership on AI-driven content distribution and performance marketing automation to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). • Act as an internal consultant, training GTM teams on how to effectively 'prompt' and utilize deployed AI tools to maximize their individual output.
• Own the commercial growth relationship for our active customer base • Drive Existing Customer Expansion • Target and pursue expansion opportunities within existing active customers • Drive deep client engagement within existing accounts • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers • Own commercial engagement for high-value cross-sell opportunities • Maintain and foster deep relationships with executive sponsors

• Launch and optimize integrated, multi-touch campaigns across email (Marketo nurture tracks), paid media, webinars, and field events tailored to specific manufacturing personas and verticals. • Execute target account plays using intent and engagement signals to build account-specific landing pages, ad audiences, and customized content sequences. • Act as the daily marketing liaison to the BDR team, briefing them on active campaigns and real-time intent signals to ensure timely sales follow-up. • Maintain marketing database hygiene and leverage Salesforce or equivalent BI dashboards to track pipeline health, account engagement, and performance gaps. • Partner with Corporate and Global Marketing teams to develop, localize, and organize campaign assets and sales enablement tools.
