• Research, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to automate legal, risk, and compliance tasks. • Design, develop, and deploy solutions with hands-on software development across the backend and AI stack. • Partner with stakeholders to guide the technical vision while being responsible for overall delivery. • Build agentic workflows to reduce manual workload for legal professionals, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, workflow orchestration, and iterative improvement. • Ensure solutions are designed with strong data security, governance, and compliance principles, particularly when handling sensitive legal and client information.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in legal, regulatory, or compliance domains.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Strong experience in building RAG pipelines, NLP, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of shipping and operating systems at scale with high reliability.
- Rigorous testing, code-review, and documentation habits that improve team standards.
- Familiarity with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms).
