• Lead or support multiple Business Process Optimization functions including project management and business process mapping. • Serve as a key point of contact for Procore platform strategy and user support across multiple teams. • Conduct training for internal and external users. • Collaborate to define, streamline, and automate construction-related processes. • Provide ongoing support for business users including triaging application issues and maintaining configuration.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Procore administrator, product owner, or power user in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, compliance, safety, and quality control standards.
  • Experience with business process analysis, project delivery, and change management.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and construction turnover documentation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS, or a combination of formal education and relevant experience preferred.

This role leads and owns operational execution across Marketing and Sales in the DACH region within a fast-growing, highly regulated medical device business. As the central point of accountability, it ensures consistent, compliant, and high-quality delivery across critical workflows including events, contracting, and cross-functional processes.
