Senior Director, Information Technology/Information Security

• Lead all IT-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations • Serve as the technology lead for M&A activity, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration • Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver technology initiatives on time and within budget • Implement best practices in project governance, documentation, and change management • Further define and execute the firm’s IT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business and growth objectives • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, risks, and opportunities • Manage the annual IT budget, vendor strategy, and roadmap • Evaluate and implement systems that improve operational efficiency, client experience, and scalability • Own and continuously enhance the firm’s information security program • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, FINRA, NIST, CMMC, cybersecurity guidance) • Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and business continuity planning • Act as the primary escalation point for all security incidents and threats • Manage relationships with external SOC and cybersecurity vendors • Oversee day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, applications, and end-user support • Manage and hold accountable outsourced providers (Help Desk, NOC, SOC, MSP/MSSP) through SLAs and KPIs • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all systems • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and user experience • Supervise internal SysAdmin resource and augment capabilities as needed • Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and controls • Ensure proper data governance, privacy, and protection of client information • Support audits, regulatory exams, and third-party assessments • Maintain documentation and reporting for executive leadership and board-level visibility

• Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that support Choreo’s acquisition and partnership growth objectives. • Build differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates Choreo’s value proposition to prospective firms. • Partner closely with executive leadership, corporate development, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline priorities. • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and industry opportunities to inform acquisition messaging and outreach strategies. • Create best-in-class marketing and presentation materials for prospective acquisition targets and strategic partners. • Support deal teams throughout the buyer journey by ensuring consistent, compelling communication at every stage of the pipeline. • Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to prospective firms and strategic partners using AI-enabled digital, email, content, and event-based marketing. • Develop thought leadership campaigns that elevate Choreo’s brand visibility within the wealth management and advisory ecosystem.
• Lead Choreo’s B2B growth strategy and execution across CPAs, professional COIs, and M&A prospects. • Turn institutional strategy into compelling narratives, scalable campaigns, and measurable performance. • Report to the Vice President of Institutional and Corporate Marketing, ensuring institutional marketing supports firm growth. • Own CPA partner, COI, and M&A positioning frameworks. • Develop and maintain institutional pitch decks, CPA onboarding and rollout materials, and presentation assets. • Own end-to-end institutional campaigns, including CPA and COI drip programs, and targeted M&A outreach campaigns. • Responsibilities include audience segmentation and list strategy, campaign build, deployment, optimization, and performance tracking. • Continuously improve conversion, engagement, and relevance. • Own institutional marketing content, including CPA case studies and partner portal content.

The Senior Wealth Strategist will join Choreo’s Advanced Planning team and provide strategic leadership and oversight for all estate planning services within the organization. This role will partner with advisors to plan complex estate, trust, gift, charitable planning, and wealth transfer strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Reporting to the Head of Advanced Planning, the Senior Wealth Strategist will continue to build their branch of the Advanced Planning center of excellence and provide content for events and training opportunities both internally and for external partners and clients. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive estate planning strategies and capabilities across Choreo’s key value-added client segments - Evangelize estate planning services and capabilities across Choreo’s financial advisory offices and educate advisors on opportunities to use estate planning to serve clients and grow advisory practices. - Partner with financial advisors to bring estate planning services to clients and prospects by participating in meetings and pre-meetings including reviewing and summarizing existing estate plans illustrating additional planning opportunities for growth. - Educate and advise clients on trust structures, wealth transfer, related tax planning, and charitable giving strategies. - Serve as internal subject matter expert on estate planning for advisors and other internal stakeholders. - Interface regularly with financial advisors to capture client service and growth opportunities including answering questions, issue spotting, and providing helpful resources to solve for estate planning issues. - Produce internal and external content across multiple platforms to share the power of planning. - Maintain a COI network, attend seminars, and create thought leadership content. - Research specific topics, legislation, or other planning matters to stay current on the latest trends and developments in estate and tax law. - Oversee development of the firm’s estate plan documentation capability including partnering with outside firms or using software systems for drafting and execution of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents. - Collaborate with internal and external legal, tax, and financial advisors. Basic Qualifications: - Juris Doctorate required from an accredited law school; LLM in taxation preferred. - Minimum of 7-10 years practicing Trust & Estate law at a top-tier firm with a focus on transfer tax planning preferred - Deep understanding of complex investment, tax, generational trust, and estate planning - Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently communicate directly with clients on complex matters across a variety of mediums - Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. - Excellent communication and client relationship skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Partner with the VP Advisor Growth Marketing to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that expand brand awareness, grow prospecting opportunities, and increase client engagement across multiple distribution channels. • Write and manage RFP responses and finalist presentations, partnering with advisors and leadership to position Choreo competitively and consistently. • Develop advisor-facing and advisor-led B2C and B2B2C marketing content, including email and digital campaigns, social media posts, flyers and brochures, thought leadership articles, CPE course content, pitch decks, and other presentations. • Create and execute advisor Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives, using insights to improve advisor experience and engagement. • Develop share-of-wallet programs to help advisors deepen existing client relationships and accelerate organic growth. • Support individual advisors, teams, and offices with customized marketing needs, acting as a strategic marketing consultant and field marketing coach. • Drive adoption, optimization, and consistent usage of marketing collateral and platforms, ensuring brand alignment, compliance, and performance measurement to uncover additional business opportunities. • Develop and deploy editorial calendars supporting national and regional email and marketing campaigns, spanning: industry trends and insights, proprietary research and reports, client and advisor storytelling, and solutions-focused content for clients, prospects, and COIs. • Plan and execute events, including seminars, networking events, speaking engagements, and educational programs that support advisor growth and COI cultivation. • Collaborate closely with marketing teammates across brand, digital, content, web, and social to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation. • Track, analyze, and report on real-time marketing performance metrics; extract actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. • Maintain a strong understanding of Choreo’s business objectives, ensuring marketing efforts support both organic and inorganic growth goals.
