• Lead full cycle recruiting for technical roles across Adobe Experience Cloud and related digital transformation services • Manage end-to-end hiring operations in Workday—from requisition creation through offer • Source, screen, and assess candidates in competitive markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools • Navigate high-volume hiring scenarios with rigor, clarity, and attention to detail • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, project leaders, and Talent Management to meet aggressive hiring targets • Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and process improvements to increase efficiency and visibility • Optimize workflows, automate touchpoints, and maintain a clean, reportable data environment • Champion a high-quality candidate experience at every step

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a consulting, agency, RPO, or scaled staffing environment
  • Prior experience recruiting for Adobe Experience Cloud roles (AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, AJO) preferred
  • Advanced user of Workday or similar enterprise-level ATS
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, data-driven, and fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, projects, and systems with grace and accuracy
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, consultative style
