The Opportunity As part of the HR Managed Services team you will lead teams to generate a vision and establish direction while motivating members to create an atmosphere of trust and innovation. As a Director, you will demonstrate thought leadership in payroll policies and practices, managing global payroll operations and maintaining compliance with regulations. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Role Description The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith is looking for a Law Firm HR Specialist to help handle the firm’s day-to-day HR work. This is a hands-on HR role, not an HR Manager position. We need someone who can help keep the firm organized with: - Hiring - Onboarding - Employee records - Attendance tracking - Training follow-up - Offboarding - General HR support The right person should be professional, organized, confidential, and comfortable working in a busy law firm environment. This role requires strong follow-through, good judgment, and clear communication with attorneys, staff, candidates, and remote workers.
