• HR Strategic Change Partner for the assigned market, medical group, shared services, and innovations clients. • Strategic HR advisor to the leadership team and partners with HR COEs on strategic solutions for clients. • Drives for great outcomes and results. • Partners with HR COES on HR program delivery into the local market and is responsible for creating a successful change approach for the market and leadership teams. • Advises COEs on change approach. • Strategic Solutions focused on Turnover Mitigation and retention work, workforce planning COE assignments focused on market workforce strategies. • Leads system-wide projects creating organizational design, identifying interventions and strategic solutions, leading change management planning on assigned projects, developing communication plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years in HR with proven career progression- must be experienced in understanding HR labor law and different parts of Human Resources (leave process, FMLA, EEOC, Title VII, Compensation requirements)
- 7 years in Business/Healthcare experience with proven career progressions

Role Description The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith is looking for a Law Firm HR Specialist to help handle the firm’s day-to-day HR work. This is a hands-on HR role, not an HR Manager position. We need someone who can help keep the firm organized with: - Hiring - Onboarding - Employee records - Attendance tracking - Training follow-up - Offboarding - General HR support The right person should be professional, organized, confidential, and comfortable working in a busy law firm environment. This role requires strong follow-through, good judgment, and clear communication with attorneys, staff, candidates, and remote workers. What You’ll Do: - Help with recruiting, job postings, resume review, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling. - Communicate with candidates during the hiring process. - Help onboard new attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, intake staff, administrative staff, and contractors. - Track onboarding tasks, training assignments, system access, and policy acknowledgments. - Maintain HR records, including offer letters, onboarding documents, attendance records, training records, HR notices, and offboarding records. - Track attendance and timekeeping issues, including absences, sick days, late arrivals, missed shifts, and schedule changes. - Prepare HR trackers, spreadsheets, summaries, and routine documentation. - Serve as a professional contact for routine HR questions. - Document employee concerns and escalate sensitive workplace issues to the appropriate firm leader. - Help with offboarding, including equipment return, access removal, and separation documentation. - Maintain strict confidentiality in all HR matters.
