• Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms. • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles. • Conduct initial candidate screening calls. • Coordinate assessments and interview scheduling. • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. • Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as needed. • Use AI tools to create sourcing strategy, screening candidates and manage application tracking system.
• Work with the Engineering and Product team to coordinate, develop, and help execute the test plans. • Participate in product requirements and design reviews with product managers and other engineers to ensure strong UI-UX and functional standards. • Develop effective Test plans and Test cases for the functional areas to be tested. • Execute test cases during the development sprints and document results. • Design, build, and maintain a scalable test automation strategy and suite targeting UI, UX, and APIs using modern tools like Playwright. • Own the regression testing of the product and build tools to automate and facilitate the regression testing process. • Leverage AI testing tools and AI solutions to optimize test generation, accelerate debugging, and solve complex QA challenges. • Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability. • Analyze and decompose complex software systems and collaborate with and influence others to improve the overall design.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Technical Client Success Manager to support our client and user base through best in class user experience and implementation partnership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for client success, technology, and B2B client channels. RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE VAULT - Manage day-to-day communications with clients - Partner with Product and Engineering teams on client implementations and in relaying client suggestions and feedback. - Oversee the onboarding of new accounts & ensure smooth and successful implementation. - Proactively anticipate client issues by identifying patterns and common concerns. - Prioritize and troubleshoot issues as they arise, performing basic root cause analysis and driving resolution. - Own the renewal process and collaborate with the Account Management team on upsell opportunities. - Demonstrate a willingness to learn the DiligenceVault platform and become a subject matter expert on its functionalities. - Conduct client webinars and user training sessions, showcasing platform functionality in a clear, efficient, and engaging manner. - Help develop and maintain the company’s knowledge base and product updates. - Liaise between Sales and Product teams to support the delivery of new modules and functionalities. - Serve as the client’s main point of contact and work collaboratively with the Global Client Success team to ensure strong cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
