Primary Responsibilities: - Define features, requirements, and leverage agile product management principles as you create financial products and offerings that are simple, intuitive, and meet complex healthcare financial services needs - Work with a broad matrix of stakeholders including, treasury, finance, credit, underwriters, engineering, and other business stakeholders through ideation, specification, design, test, launch, and deployment - Provide input to partners and stakeholders on projects and planning activities such as impact identification, defining prioritization, efforts required and developing solutions - Capture requirements, prioritize features, support UAT activities, and oversee delivery of functionalities and products roadmap - Manage external vendors and associated delivery of enhancements, backlog and defects - Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in core banking platforms, transaction processing (e.g. ACH, wires, debit card) and banking regulations - 3+ years product ownership experience, with advanced understanding of agile product development methodologies - 3+ years of experience with financial services products, applications, and banking systems - 3+ years of experience with SLDC tools such as aha, Jira, confluence - 3+ years of experience in applications systems with a high proficiency in product requirements gathering and documentation - Knowledge and experience with technical solutions (Batch Processes, APIs, Kafka Events) - Proven ability to organize a backlog of clearly defined user stories that are effectively prioritized to meet targeted delivery dates Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Web/Portal projects.
