Senior Product Owner

Role Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Financials Team in a remote capacity (from Poland only). You will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the development of our Financials solutions. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our product by effectively managing the product backlog and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Strategy & Insights: - Support by providing insights or feedback collected from ongoing interactions with stakeholders and customers. - Share data points or trends observed from backlog refinement or customer support queries. - Business Cases & Roadmaps: - Provide tactical insights and historical data from previous projects or current product usage. - Assist in refining high-level requirements by sharing practical constraints or opportunities identified during day-to-day operations. - Represent customer needs, priorities and constraints in every decision. - Own all aspects of the delivery, including scope, pricing context and customer facing trade-offs. - Refinement & Solutioning: - Manage detailed requirements and user stories. - Collaborate with UX and engineering to develop prototypes. - Gather feedback from prototype testing. - Ensure backlog reflects the evolving requirements as a result of refinement and solutioning. - Development: - Manage sprint planning and team-level backlog refinement. - Work closely with Engineering to ensure features are developed as per requirements. - Track progress and address any blockers. - Engage with Support and manage maintenance backlog for the squad and teams. - Support quality assurance from functional perspective. - Define acceptance criteria for each deliverable and sign off completed work on behalf of the customer. - Market Release & Optimization: - Support Product Leads in market release preparations. - Monitor post-release performance metrics and gather feedback. - Partner with the Product Lead to balance commercial urgency against technical quality and sustainability. Qualifications - Unit4 ERP experience and knowledge, ideally in financial part. - 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or expense management. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Proficiency in product management tools such as Figma. - Excellent data analysis and visualization skills. - Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. - Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. - Solid understanding of expense management processes and financial regulations. - Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles. - Experience with expense management systems or financial software. - Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO) preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Role Description The Category Manager will develop a specific group of categories, with the goal of maximizing sales, profits, and customer satisfaction metrics.
