• Become a subject matter expert in QGenda software to optimize its use and functionality. • Coordinate daily and long-term physician scheduling for designated practices. • Manage requests and swaps submitted by radiologists in a timely and organized manner. • Ensure appropriate skill sets and coverage are available to meet daily service requirements. • Update and maintain scheduling rules to maximize automation and efficiency. • Maintain a repository of scheduling rules for consistency and continuity. • Provide schedule access to all relevant internal and external stakeholders. • Manage additions and removals of radiologists from schedules as staffing changes occur. • Communicate schedule changes promptly and clearly to radiologists and clients. • Conduct training sessions and develop communications to ensure effective use of QGenda for scheduling, shift coverage, conference attendance, and duty assignments. • Generate reports to ensure equitable distribution of shifts and responsibilities among radiologists. • Provide regular and responsive communication regarding scheduling matters, changes, and updates. • Prepare monthly reporting for each physician, including shifts worked, shifts off, extra shifts, additional compensation, and comp day accruals, as well as ad hoc reports as needed. • Collaborate regularly with practice management to align on staffing needs, operational changes, and long-term goals. • Produce monthly payroll reports to support accurate physician compensation.

• Build, organize, and maintain structured candidate pipelines aligned to recruiting priorities. • Accurately track candidate activity, status, and engagement within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Ensure all pipeline data is clean, complete, and consistently updated. • Manage candidate lists, outreach queues, and priority roles with a high level of organization. • Execute high-volume, targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Canva, and other communication tools. • Develop cadence to ensure consistent candidate engagement and response tracking. • Personalize outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates. • Utilize marketing and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Canva, email platforms) to support the development and execution of targeted recruiting campaigns. • Assist in building and launching email and outreach campaigns aligned to hiring priorities and pipeline needs. • Develop, organize, and maintain standardized outreach templates to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for clinical operations issues and assist with real-time problem solving to maintain workflow continuity. • Support daily operations by monitoring worklists, turnaround times, and support queues to ensure timely case processing and resolution. • Provide task-based guidance and direction to team members to support workflow efficiency and consistency. • Assist with staff coordination, including schedule adjustments and coverage planning, in partnership with the Manager. • Provide advanced radiologist and site support, including resolving image and order discrepancies, assisting with dictation system issues, and supporting urgent communications. • Act as a liaison between radiologists, sites, IT, and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve operational or technical concerns. • Troubleshoot system and workflow issues, escalate to IT or Level 2 support as needed, and monitor tickets through resolution. • Support onboarding and ongoing training by reinforcing workflows and best practices. • Assist the Clinical Support Services Manager with investigating site concerns, delays, and workflow challenges, escalating as appropriate. • Participate in Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assist with end-to-end physician recruiting activities including: Managing job postings, scheduling and coordinating interviews, arranging candidate travel, processing reimbursements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Provide logistical support and planning for career events, conferences, job fairs, and residency program initiatives. • Collaborate on social media and advertising efforts to enhance recruitment visibility. • Work with recruiters to send out passive emails to residents/fellows regarding Lucid Ladder and various updates about LucidHealth. • Partner with HR team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding process, including leading clinical onboarding for new hires and coordinating physician participation in residency and educational programs. • Maintain accurate recruiting records, manage complex calendars, and provide backup support to administrative leadership for front office tasks. • Assist with special projects and uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

• The Enterprise Clinical Applications Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise clinical software applications across LucidHealth to ensure reliable performance, strong usability, and efficient workflows that enable radiologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care. • This role works closely with radiologists, clinical staff, IT, operations, product engineering, and external vendors to maintain and enhance LucidHealth’s clinical application portfolio, including enterprise imaging systems, voice recognition platforms, advanced visualization tools, and the workflow orchestration platforms. • The analyst supports system implementations, upgrades, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts, while identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows and drive continuous improvement in clinical technology solutions. • Collaborate with radiologists, clinical staff, and operational stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements for system enhancements, customizations, and new implementations. • Analyze existing clinical workflows and system capabilities to identify opportunities for workflow optimization, improved efficiency, and enhanced user experience. • Conduct regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) of clinical applications to ensure upgrades and updates meet performance, quality, and usability standards. • Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting for clinical applications, resolving system issues and ensuring reliable system functionality. • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver training materials and programs for clinical staff on the effective use of clinical applications. • Serve as a liaison between LucidHealth and clinical software vendors, advocating for system enhancements, issue resolution, and future product development. • Proactively monitor clinical systems to identify functionality gaps, licensing limitations, performance issues, or system degradation before they become operational problems. • Communicate system changes, operational issues, and improvement opportunities to leadership and stakeholders to ensure shared visibility and alignment. • Travel to LucidHealth facilities and partner hospitals as needed to support implementations, troubleshooting, and training (less than 10%). • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise security capabilities across cloud and on-prem environments. • Oversee a small in-house security function, coordinate outsourced partners, and work closely with IT Infrastructure and Application teams. • Define technical requirements and manage enterprise-level cybersecurity tools and services. • Oversee day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, detection, and incident response. • Develop and implement company-wide policies for outbound web browsing, third-party integrations, and access controls.
