Job Description

Intern – Clinical Recruiter I

LucidHealth

• Build, organize, and maintain structured candidate pipelines aligned to recruiting priorities. • Accurately track candidate activity, status, and engagement within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Ensure all pipeline data is clean, complete, and consistently updated. • Manage candidate lists, outreach queues, and priority roles with a high level of organization. • Execute high-volume, targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Canva, and other communication tools. • Develop cadence to ensure consistent candidate engagement and response tracking. • Personalize outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates. • Utilize marketing and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Canva, email platforms) to support the development and execution of targeted recruiting campaigns. • Assist in building and launching email and outreach campaigns aligned to hiring priorities and pipeline needs. • Develop, organize, and maintain standardized outreach templates to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates seeking experience in recruiting, business operations, sales, or pipeline/data analytics are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated experience through internships, coursework, campus involvement, or prior roles in recruiting, sales, marketing, communications, or business operations is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with organization, data tracking, or managing lists/pipelines (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, or project tracking tools) is strongly preferred.
  • Previous internship, academic, volunteer, campus organization, or project experience in marketing, communications, social media, public relations, or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar platforms are preferred.
  • Exposure to outreach, customer engagement, or sales-related activities (e.g., lead generation, follow-up communication, event outreach, or campaign support) is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Role Description The Recruitment Consultant will drive and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition activities, primarily executing the recruitment and selection processes associated with the organizational restructuring of relevant Country Offices, while ensuring full compliance with UNFPA policies, procedures, and applicable Staff Regulations and Rules. Scope of work - Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for positions established or impacted by realignment exercises, including internal job fairs and other priority regional vacancies as assigned. - Review and finalize job descriptions and position requirements in collaboration with Country Offices, hiring managers, and the Regional HR Team. - Conduct initial job matching exercises reviews, in collaboration with the Regional HR Team and relevant advisory panel members, ensuring alignment with approved realignment principles and criteria. - Conduct application screening and manage assessments, including written assessments, competency-based interviews, presentations, and other selection methodologies, as applicable. - Support the compilation of all required recruitment information and data for required meetings. - Support the coordination of assessment scoring panels and interview panels; develop interview schedules, prepare competency-based interview questions and assessment tools, and brief panel members on selection methodologies, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements. - Take detailed interview notes and compile assessment results, prepare selection reports and supporting documentation. - Track and monitor progress against recruitment timelines, identify risks and bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to management. - Ensure accurate record-keeping, audit-ready documentation, and maintenance of recruitment files throughout the process. - Capture lessons learned, good practices, and recommendations arising from the realignment implementation and contribute in finalising post-implementation reporting as required. - Perform other recruitment, change management or operational HR duties as required by management. Qualifications - Completed Advanced university degree (Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. - A completed Bachelor’s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management. - Proven track record in supporting organizational change management, restructuring, or high-volume recruitment exercises. - Deep understanding of competency-based interviewing, candidate assessment methodologies, and inclusive hiring practices. - Familiarity with UNFPA policies and procedures is highly desirable. - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Quantum), HR data analytics, and compiling robust assessment results and drafting interview selection reports. - Good experience and working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. - Fluency in English is required. - Knowledge of Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese is an asset.
