Financial Analyst Consultant – FP&A

One Identity

• The finance team supporting this business is responsible for tracking the key metrics for the business and delivering on all parts of the P&L. • Partner with sales operations to prepare monthly business outlooks. • Track deal status and work with sales, pricing, legal, and product teams to drive closure. • Assist in financial planning process to set accurate annual revenue and expense targets for the One Identity business. • Provide approvals for special pricing, payment terms, etc. • Along with FP&A, participate in the quarterly close and monthly forecast processes. • Produce KPI dashboards for the business. • Lead analysis of business performance drivers and business case initiatives. • Manage, participate in, or directly work on any additional projects, assignments, or initiatives assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • MBA or undergraduate degree in an analytics-related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the finance field and/or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of a company, particularly executive sales management.
