Job Description

Manager, Program Finance – Controls Scheduler

• Provide effective planning and control on one of the largest and most complex development programs in Mission Systems • Develop and maintain program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes • Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Works closely with multiple schedulers to roll updates into one Master schedule • Tracks plans and schedules, solicits regular updates, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and communication skills • Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS • Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents • Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS • Create and analyze schedule risk assessment (SRA) results • Provide required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation • Support monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting • Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process) • Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in finance or related business role
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Ability to obtain US DoD Security Clearance (US citizenship required)
  • Advanced with Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
