• Identify high-quality leads against detailed ICPs, using LinkedIn, Google, Crunchbase, and any source that gets the job done; • Validate and enrich lead data - emails, titles, referrals - with Apollo, PhantomBuster, and Google Sheets, keeping every list clean and accurate; • Own research delivery across multiple concurrent projects, working toward a running monthly quota; • Study each client's product, industry, and ideal buyer well enough to explain why a given lead does or doesn't fit; • Flag targeting or data-quality issues early, with clear, constructive feedback for your AM/SDR and the client; • Deliver clean weekly and monthly reports, and keep every deadline visible to your team.
• Managing the full corporate hardware lifecycle: procurement with international suppliers, device setup (macOS via Apple Business Manager and MDM), inventory, and shipping to team members • Handling the technical side of onboarding and offboarding — accounts, access, equipment • Providing helpdesk support across the organization (Zoho Desk) in English and Ukrainian • Managing tool access and subscriptions for our 100+ services: access audits, renewals, invoices, and coordination with the finance team • Supporting security basics — access control, phishing prevention, employee training • Documenting your work and keep improving our IT processes and knowledge base
• Monitor domain reputation and mailbox health across 10–12 client projects daily. • Run warmup and counter-measures when reputation deteriorates. • Set up email sequences end-to-end in Reply.io and Instantly. • Diagnose deliverability issues and resolve independently before escalating. • Configure DNS infrastructure from scratch: SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, Custom Tracking Domains. • Verify email templates against spam trigger patterns and content hygiene standards before launch.
• Owning 10–15 client accounts simultaneously: communication, health, risk management, retention, and upsells. • Building high-level outbound omnichannel strategies for each client. Ensure smooth performance, identify blockers, and suggest rectification strategies. • Running 3–4 client calls per day. Status updates, strategy sessions, difficult conversations, and showing up fully to every one of them. • Leading the internal pod (which consists of SDRs, Delivery Lead, Content Specialist) toward client KPIs, not just reporting on them. • Managing escalation when results fall short: looping in the Training Manager and Delivery Lead, driving alignment, not just flagging issues. • Balancing individual and team KPIs (50%/50%) and being accountable for both.
• Running discovery calls with inbound, qualified prospects and figuring out whether and how we can help them. • Building tailored proposals from our templates and walking prospects through them. • Closing deals - sending contracts, collecting the first invoice, and introducing the delivery team. • Writing a clean handoff brief so onboarding goes smoothly. • Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and your pipeline up to date.
• Running outbound cold calling campaigns and reaching out via email and LinkedIn on behalf of clients across various industries; • Managing outreach across 3–6 client projects simultaneously, representing different companies and fueling their sales pipelines through proactive, targeted outreach; • Crafting personalized messages and adapting your communication style to different audiences and markets; • Building strong prospect relationships through consistent follow-ups and smart objection handling; • Leveraging automation tools to handle high-volume outreach efficiently — because at our scale, smart systems are just as important as great conversations; • Tracking your results and contributing ideas that make campaigns sharper and more effective; • Using tools like HubSpot, Reply.io, Expandi, Nooks, and Calendly to stay organized and on top of every pipeline; • Collaborating closely with US and European clients, sharing insights that directly shape campaign strategy.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for new and existing business directions (SaaS, IT services, Marketing). • Take ownership of the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles. • Monitor, analyze, and interpret financial and operational KPIs. • Prepare monthly reporting packages (P&L, CF) with variance analysis. • Highlight financial risks during cross-functional meetings and provide financial assessments for new business initiatives. • Partner with department heads to define and track KPIs. • Improve data consolidation and develop automated dashboards. • Support scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic decisions.
• Be the Project Owner: Manage 4–5 projects as the lead strategist. You aren't just the contact person; you are the driver of the vision and the primary decision-maker for project success. • High-Volume outreach: Oversee 12–20 campaign launches total per month. This includes crafting high-converting copy and building complex templates based on your deep understanding of market triggers. • Drive the numbers: With 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project monthly, your focus is sharp: booking 5+ high-quality appointments per project. • Consultative leadership: Lead weekly client calls. You aren’t just a reporter; you are a growth partner who provides expert recommendations and challenges the status quo when necessary. • Lead your crew: Guide your dedicated Researcher to ensure data accuracy and keep the project on schedule. • Master the tech stack: Handle the technical backend of multiple campaigns (managing dozens of mailboxes, ensuring deliverability, and mastering HubSpot/spreadsheet integrations).
• Reaching out to potential B2B clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to spark conversations and book qualified meetings; • Running outbound cold calling campaigns on behalf of clients from various industries; • Representing multiple companies and helping them grow their sales pipeline through proactive outreach; • Crafting personalized messages and tailoring your communication style to different audiences; • Building strong relationships with prospects through follow-ups and smart objection handling; • Tracking your results, sharing insights, and contributing ideas to make campaigns even more successful; • Using tools like HubSpot, Reply, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Calendly to stay organized and efficient; • Participating in team and client calls, primarily with US and European markets.
