Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of documented experience in industrial real estate acquisitions

- Ability to draft clear, professional correspondence with minimal grammatical or communication errors
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and standard business productivity tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple acquisition opportunities simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate transaction processes and deal flow management
- Ability to independently coordinate cross-functional due diligence across underwriting, legal, finance, and asset management teams
- Experience preparing detailed deal summaries and complete acquisition documentation
